Not often do i go to what i would consider a perfect restaurant. I was in Wichita on a stop for my road trip and wanted something local and different, Meddys fit that bill. I got the Garlic Chicken Platter. EVEN IF the food wasn't that great it would be hard to complain because the platter was 14 and i was absolutely stuffed when i left, BUT it wasn't when i tell you this was hands down the most flavorful and juicy chicken I've ever had. The skin was crispy, even the white meat was dripping with juice. The potato's were perfectly roasted and don't get me started on the complementary Pita. The atmosphere was fantastic with live music and beautiful decor, all of the staff was super friendly and attentive. If i could give them a 10 star review i would. I've eaten at all sorts of restaurants all over the country, and I almost never feel the need to leave a review and rave about a restaurant. Its my understanding that Meddys is a small chain in Kansas, but we need a location in southwest Ohio. If i am ever back in Kansas i will be sure to make a stop back in to Meddys.
Was a wonderful experience! First time here and the food was great quality, excellent service, clean and nice ambiance. We ate at the bar and shared plates- HUGE portions! Come hungry! The bar tender and server Lacee was amaizng! So kind and welcoming! Thanks so much! Will return!!!
This was a really great stop for lunch! The food is so fresh and satisfying. I had the Plentiful Platter which consists of a wrap of your choice and two sides. I chose salmon for my wrap and it was AMAZING! I'm picky about cooking fish because a lot of places over cook it. It was perfect. I chose Spanish Eggplant and Rice for my two sides. Everything was awesome! They also brought out a pita on a plate with a dipping cup built in for the olive oil and spices on the table. I will definitely be back! The gentleman who helped me was brand new but was super excited and helpful. That made my day!
I love Mediterranean food and this one in particular has a lot of flavor, the well-seasoned meat is simply great, and the dessert is delicious.
Great fast casual middle eastern food. Something for everyone, and very kid friendly establishment. I'm addicted to their garlic potatoes.
Wow! Talk about fresh ingredients cooked properly. This was a wonderful take on Mediterranean food. I ordered the Big Bowl with chicken and it was divine! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning to enhance the dish. The pita was warm and soft, pairing nicely with a little EVOO. I also ordered the tabbouleh and it was delicious, fresh and the right amount of citrus. Definitely recommend eating here if you get the chance.
It was truly a great Mother's Day experience! We sat in my favorite seat, under the tree in front of the open air patio. And Mom's ate free. Couldn't ask for a better treat than Meddy's!
My new favorite place to grab a bite. The food was so delicious and fresh. The lamb in the wrap I got was so tender and bursting with flavor. I absolutely loved the garlicky potatoes. The customer service was fantastic. The lady that took my order was so helpful and friendly yesterday afternoon.
